These Terms and Conditions apply to the Bhago Bhago platform and all its associated services. "Bhago Bhago", "we", and "us" refer to the company operating the bhagobhago.net website and its related mobile applications. "Member", "you", and "user" refer to anyone accessing or using this platform.

Bhago Bhago is an internationally licensed online betting and gaming platform. By accessing this platform or using any of its services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the Terms and Conditions set out here.

Bhago Bhago reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Registered members will be notified of any changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

• Extended inactivity (no transactions for 12 consecutive months).

Members may close their account at any time. Please withdraw any remaining valid balance before doing so. Bonus balances will not be refunded.

Bhago Bhago is committed to delivering the highest level of uninterrupted service. However, Bhago Bhago bears no liability for issues arising from technical difficulties, internet outages, or third-party failures.

• Bhago Bhago is not responsible for bets lost due to internet disconnection.
• Bhago Bhago is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment gateway issues.
• Bhago Bhago is not responsible for changes to sports event results or schedules.

However, where a financial loss is directly caused by Bhago Bhago's own error, compensation will be provided up to a specified maximum amount. Contact our support team for details.

Bhago Bhago may update these Terms & Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. Registered members will be notified via email and in-app notification at least 7 days before any changes take effect.

If you continue using the platform after receiving notice of changes, you will be considered to have accepted the updated terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please close your account and withdraw your balance.
